Keep three kinds of evidence separate.

A fact is something the current operator source or in-account screen states directly. An observation is the result of a repeatable task you ran with a fictional adult profile. An unknown is anything the source and task still do not resolve. Write each item in the correct column before assigning a score.

Do not upgrade a third-party screenshot, promotional phrase or remembered price into a current fact. Record the URL or screen name beside every factual line. For an observation, note the exact task, constraint and number of attempts so another session can be compared honestly.

Unknowns deserve a decision rule. Some can be answered through official support; others may be acceptable if they do not affect your money, privacy or ability to leave. If an unknown touches renewal, data handling or real-person identity risk, pause rather than assume.
